Frequently asked questions

What comes in the Office Sipper Bundle?

The bundle includes a T2 mug with a built-in infuser and your choice of loose leaf tea from the T2 library, including black, green, fruit, herbal, and blended options.

How do I brew tea with the built-in infuser?

Remove the infuser lid, add one teaspoon of loose leaf tea to the infuser basket, place it back in the mug, pour hot water over the tea, and let it steep for the recommended time (usually 2–4 minutes). Remove the infuser and enjoy. Steeping time varies by tea type—check the tea's packaging for the ideal time.

Can I use the mug without the infuser?

Yes, the mug works as a standard drinking vessel. The infuser is removable, so you can use the mug for other hot or cold beverages when you're not brewing tea.

How do I clean the infuser and mug?

Rinse the infuser and mug with warm water immediately after use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild detergent and a soft brush to remove any tea residue from the infuser mesh. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that could damage the finish. Regular rinsing prevents tannin buildup and keeps the infuser working well.

Is this bundle suitable for all tea types?

Yes, the infuser works with any loose leaf tea, including black, green, fruit, and herbal blends. The mug's size accommodates a standard serving, and the infuser basket allows enough room for leaves to expand during steeping.
