Discover everything inside the T2 Matcha Expert Bundle and learn how to use each tool for a flawless cup of matcha every time.
Quick answer
The T2 Matcha Expert Bundle is a complete starter kit that includes 30g of premium matcha, a bamboo whisk, and a scoop — everything you need to prepare smooth, café-quality matcha at home.
Why choose the bundle over individual pieces?
Buying the Matcha Expert Bundle saves you the hassle of sourcing each tool separately. The kit is curated to work together: the whisk's bamboo tines are sized to fit the included matcha bowl (not sold separately), and the scoop measures the exact portion for one serving. If you already own a whisk or bowl, you might only need the matcha powder — but for a first-time buyer, the bundle removes guesswork.
What's inside the box?
The bundle contains three core items: a 30g tin of T2 Matcha with fresh, sweet, grassy notes; the Everyday Chasen Matcha Whisk, handcrafted from a single piece of bamboo; and a Chashaku Matcha Bamboo Scoop for precise measuring. No bowl is included — you'll need a matcha bowl or a wide, shallow cup to whisk in.
How to use the Matcha Expert Bundle
- Step 1: Scoop the matcha: Use the bamboo scoop to measure one heaped scoop (about 2g) of matcha powder into your bowl. One scoop per serving — no need to guess.
- Step 2: Add water and whisk: Pour 2–3 oz of hot water (not boiling, around 175°F/80°C) over the powder. Whisk in a quick M-shaped motion until the matcha is frothy and smooth. Whisk vigorously — the M shape prevents clumps.
- Step 3: Serve and enjoy: Pour the finished matcha into your cup or enjoy directly from the bowl. Add milk or sweetener if desired. Drink immediately for the freshest flavor.
